This series of photos is inspired by a psychological sensory experiment, featured in 1960s LIFE Science Library publication, focusing on the participant’s heightened sense of sensory perception, to predict where an object is in a space.

 

The object in question is an inherited tool from an unknown ancestor, which is also installed in the gallery space.
